We currently ship to Australia only. All orders are dispatched from our Australian facility and delivered to addresses across all Australian states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and summary
  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time
  • Track your package anytime using the provided tracking number or contact our support team

Returns & Refunds Policy

Important Notice

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and strict quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns on any product at all. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all products for our research community.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
  • Orders refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address
  • Change of mind or ordering errors (please verify before checkout)
