We currently ship exclusively within Australia. All orders are dispatched from our Australian facility and delivered to addresses across all states and territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Temperature-Controlled Packaging

All peptides are shipped in specialized insulated packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Our packaging includes:

  • Insulated foam containers to protect against temperature fluctuations
  • Gel ice packs for standard shipments to maintain cool temperatures
  • Dry ice available for overnight and expedited shipments (additional $15 AUD)
  • Tamper-evident seals to ensure product security

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your package anytime using the provided tracking number or contact our support team

Returns & Refunds Policy

Important Notice

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and strict quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened products. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all products for our research community.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost if:

  • Damaged in transit: Package arrives visibly damaged or compromised
  • Temperature compromise: Ice packs completely melted and product is warm upon arrival
  • Incorrect product: You received a different product than what was ordered
  • Quality issues: Product does not meet stated purity specifications
  • Missing items: Order is incomplete or items are missing

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form or AI assistant

Include your order number, photos of the package/product, and a description of the issue

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
  • Orders refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address
  • Change of mind or ordering errors (please verify before checkout)

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately via chat or contact form
  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  • Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
